Wild Oak Dairy is family owned and operated since 1977 — your local dairy and organic food distributor.

Jerry and Sherry Luther bought their first dairy route in 1972 on the North Coast, working second jobs while growing the distribution business and adding eggs and ice cream.

When Wild Oak Dairy came up for sale in 1977, Jerry's brother Tom bought in, and Wild Oak Dairy / Luther Bros. Distribution began.

Today, nine family members across two generations work at Wild Oak. We've grown to cover San Francisco County, north to Fort Bragg, and as far east as the Sierra foothills — delivering wholesome foods with handpicked brands that fit our beliefs and highlight local producers from around the Bay Area.
